How we operate:  A day or two before an event, we email a list of potentially available tickets and associated prices.   You can reserve tickets by replying to the email or sending us an email at info@lastmintix.com.   Upon receipt of the tickets from our sources, we will call you to confirm your order.  While we have access to, and can provide premium seating to events in advance of an event, in general, we do not stock tickets to future events.  Upon receipt of an order, we match the order to a list of available premium seats for the event.  All tickets are guaranteed valid for the event purchased.

Purchasing Tickets:  Our emails provide general information about ticket locations.   For example, 1st 10 rows on the floor.  Upon receipt of ticket order, we will contact you to choose from a list of available tickets.  Once a ticket selection is made, payment is required.  Unless other arrangements are made, all tickets are left at the Venue's Will Call office at least 1 hour prior to event start time.

Ticket Availability: While it is our goal to provide the best customer service possible, in some instances,  tickets ordered may not be available in location and/or price requested.  All tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.  If tickets are not available in your requested location/price, you will have the option of choosing a different location/price or canceling your order.  For more information about ticket availability, please see our policies page.

Mailing List: Our mailing list provides advance notification of ticket availability.  Generally, an email is sent the night before an event with a list of projected ticket availability and prices.  Feel free to sign up for our mailing list.
